Peacock’s ordering more of Bupkis, giving the half-hour comedy series a season two order. The first season premiered on May 4, 2023 with the release of all eight episodes. Peacock didn’t confirm when fans can expect the just-announced second season to debut.

In addition to Pete Davidson, the first season starred Edie Falco and Joe Pesci. Guest stars included La La Anthony, Colson Baker (Machine Gun Kelly), Steve Buscemi, Bobby Cannavale, Kevin Corrigan, Charlamagne Tha God, Charlie Day, Brad Garrett, Al Gore, and Paul Walter Hauser. John Mulaney, Simon Rex, Ray Romano, Cliff “Method Man” Smith, Jon Stewart, Kenan Thompson, Ricky Velez, Marissa Jaret Winokur, and Chase Sui Wonders also appeared in season one.

Pete Davidson serves as writer and executive produces along with Lorne Michaels, Andrew Singer, and Erin David. Writers Judah Miller and Dave Sirus also executive produced, and Miller’s the series’ showrunner.

“Bupkis is a new comedy following Pete Davidson as he attempts to work through unique family dynamics and the complexities of fame to form meaningful relationships. The raw, semi-autobiographical series stars Davidson, Edie Falco, and Joe Pesci, alongside a star-studded supporting cast, in a show that straddles reality and absurdity to best represent what it is to be Pete Davidson. Welcome to BUPKIS.”
Congressman Arthur Hudson (Toby Leonard Moore) continues with his mission to expose the task force’s secrets on NBC’s The Blacklist season 10 episode 19. Directed by Andrew McCarthy, episode 19 – “Room 417” – will air on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 8pm ET/PT.

Jamie and Claire have returned to Fraser’s Ridge as Starz’s Outlander season seven episode two begins. Claire (Caitriona Balfe) spots Allan Christie in the small cemetery and tries to comfort him, but Allan has a story to share. He reveals that he impregnated Malva and killed her, which earns him a fatal arrow in the back courtesy of Ian (John Bell) who overhears the story.
Mrs. Bug (Sarah Collier) joins Claire and Ian as they’re digging a grave for Allan and confesses she never trusted the boy. She pitches in to help bury Allan.
Brianna (Sophie Skelton) and Roger (Richard Rankin) have also returned to Fraser’s Ridge, and Claire and Jamie (Sam Heughan) are there for their daughter as she gives birth to Amanda Claire Hope MacKenzie.
Not long after the birth, Fergus publishes a notice of Mandy’s arrival in his paper and Lizzie (Caitlin O’Ryan) reads the article out loud as the family relaxes on the big house’s porch. Mandy’s not among those listening to Lizzie, and Claire announces Jamie’s taken his granddaughter for a stroll.
Jamie cradles his new granddaughter and introduces her to the foal that she’ll grow up with and that she’ll ride when she’s old enough. He promises to teach her to be a horsewoman.
Claire’s the next to take Mandy for a tour and she shows off her lab, assuring the infant that she can be a surgeon when she’s older – if that’s what she wants. As Claire tenderly holds Mandy, she’s shocked to discover the baby’s fingernails are blue.
It turns out Mandy has a life-threatening heart defect that’s common in newborns born early. Roger and Bree absorb the news as Claire explains that Mandy has a blood vessel that didn’t close correctly, and excess blood is flowing into her lungs. She’s not getting enough oxygenated blood.
Claire doesn’t mince words and says it doesn’t look good. Mandy will probably die soon without surgery. Unfortunately, Claire can’t fix it. However, she knows someone who can.
Roger and Bree aren’t sure they’re even capable of traveling, but going through the stones to the 1900s is the only way to save Mandy. Although Bree wants to go alone with the baby, Roger insists they’ll travel as a family – if the stones in Ocracoke allow them to.
Jamie comforts Claire who’s feeling helpless and extremely guilty that she can’t perform the surgery. Jamie prays to Saint Eligius, the patron saint of horsemen, and Claire doesn’t understand his choice of saints. Jamie explains it’s between him and Amanda, and Claire joins him in prayer since it can’t hurt.
The following day Bree, Roger, Claire, and Jamie dangle a gem in front of Mandy, testing to see if she reacts as if she hears its hum. They’re stunned to discover that not only can Jemmy hear the gem, but his baby sister can too. Apparently, she telepathically told him so!
They need more gems for the family to time travel, and Claire suggests the silversmith in Wilmington.

Off the Frasers and MacKenzies go to Wilmington and once they arrive, Bree visits the bakery while Roger heads to the silversmith. Bree’s just stepping out of the shop when suddenly she says, “Jesus H. Roosevelt Christ!” Lord John Grey (David Berry) is standing right across the street!
Lord John’s equally surprised to run into Bree, and he introduces her to his son, William Ransom (Charles Vandervaart). This is Briana’s first face-to-face with the now-adult William, and William recalls meeting her father, Jamie, when he was a groom at Helwater. (And, of course, William doesn’t know his own parentage and Brianna doesn’t tell him the truth.)
Lord John returned from England to be with his son who’s anxious to quell the rebellion. Bree and William debate the best way to settle differences, and although they disagree, the discussion’s civil and they part friends. After William walks off, Lord John thanks Bree for her discretion. She wonders if it would be better for William to know the truth, but Lord John’s dead set against that. He’s the only father William’s ever known.
Bree talks about her relationship with her other father, Frank, and how meeting her real father, Jamie, didn’t make her stop loving Frank.
Later, Lord John and Jamie meet privately in Lord John’s room and discuss being on opposite sides of the war. Lord John explains that William’s determined to fight and has Jamie’s stubbornness. Jamie confesses it’s enough for him to have seen Bree and William together even once; now, he’ll have that picture in his mind forever.
Jamie explains he’s only in Wilmington long enough to get a jewel for Brianna.
They have a friendly chat and Lord John admits Bree wants him to tell William the truth. Jamie’s fine with Lord John keeping it a secret, and they laugh about Bree’s independence and that she always speaks her mind – just like Claire.
Lord John tries to convince Jamie to fight alongside William, but Jamie refuses. Jamie will never fight alongside the British and, sadly, he believes they need to sever their connection now as it’s a danger to them both. Lord John’s momentarily struck silent by this but then replies, “Damn this war.”
Lord John returns the blue sapphire that he’s kept for 20 years, reminding Jamie that he said it might be of use to him one day. “Perhaps this is that day,” says Lord John.
Jamie pauses at the door and meets Lord John’s eyes. Lord John’s eyes fill with tears as he nods goodbye.

Jamie reunites with Bree, Roger, and Claire, and they go over the gemstones they’ve collected. Roger’s added a garnet and a small diamond, so they’re up to three. Jamie shows them the fourth from Lord John and declares they’ll head off to Ocracore tomorrow. But now, he wishes to take a walk with his daughter.
They stroll amid the fireflies and talk about William, and Bree confirms she’s worried he’s marching off to war. Jamie’s worried for both his children but lightens the mood by catching a firefly in mid-air. Bree says what all Disney fans are thinking when she reveals that the fireflies remind her of Disneyland. She has to explain what she means to her dad, describing it as a magical place where stories come to life. And now we know why this episode’s titled “The Happiest Place on Earth,” as Bree describes what visiting the park feels like, including a description of Mickey Mouse that strikes Jamie as funny.
Jamie wonders if it’s disappointing to be here, and Bree assures him he’s magical to her. Jamie also confesses he’d like to know what it would be like to be in her time. He asks if the America she knows will be worth the fearful price to be paid for it, and Bree says that while nothing would be worth losing him – her America would come close.

When Jamie returns to his bedroom with Claire, he confesses he’s seen her in her proper time. He knew it was her time because of the electric lights shining on her face and hair. Claire wonders how he can recognize something in a dream he’s never seen, and Jamie assures her that if he can dream of the past, he can also dream of the future.
Jamie seems wistful and appears truly interested in visiting Claire’s time.
Jamie places a jewel in Claire’s hand and confesses he’s been saving it. But if Lord John hadn’t given him the sapphire, he would have given this jewel to Mandy. Jamie tells Claire that he kept it to give to her if he dies so she can travel through the stones. But now he wonders if she might want to go with Bree and Roger. Claire responds by walking to the window and throwing out the gemstone!
She tells Jamie she loves him, and Jamie confesses he’s not as brave as he was before she came. He’s not brave enough to live without her anymore. After they kiss, he suggests they fetch the gemstone.
They laugh while staring into each other’s eyes.
The following day, the group makes it to the Ocracoke stones. Claire reminds Bree, who looks like she’s been crying all day, that she traveled through the stones to save her. Now it’s Bree’s turn to save her own daughter.
Bree’s devastated that they’re saying goodbye, and Claire says that every time they part, they think it’s for the last time. Yet here they are.

Claire says goodbye to Jemmy next and tells him to look after Mandy. They hug and exchange I love yous, as Jamie and Roger say their goodbyes too. Jamie’s proud of the honorable man that Roger has become, and he’s the only man Jamie would ever trust with his daughter. Roger promises to tell the children stories of Jamie and Claire.
Claire and Roger also spend a minute saying goodbye, and then Jamie hugs Jemmy and says, “If one day you should ever meet a very large mouse named Michael, tell him your grandsire sends his regards.”
Jemmy delivers the cutest little chuckle in response.
Finally, it’s Jamie’s turn to say goodbye to his daughter and granddaughter. He doesn’t have the words to express what saying goodbye to Bree means to him, and he and Bree are both crying as they tell each other how they feel about their relationship.
“I will carry you in my heart and soul always,” says Bree. “You’ll always have me as well. Nothing is lost – only changed.”
The MacKenzies each hold a jewel as they walk toward the stones. They look back one final time at Claire and Jamie and then step through the stones.
All four make it through the stones and see that Claire and Jamie are gone. They confirm they’ve made it back to their time when a jet flies overhead.

Claire and Jamie arrive back at Fraser’s Ridge, and that night in bed neither can sleep. They seek comfort in each other’s arms, and then Claire confesses that when she closes her eyes, she’s reminded they’ve lost half their family. They’ll never see them again since they’re 200 years away.
Jamie confesses he thinks of the people they’ve lost, but they haven’t lost each other. Claire sobs and Jamie pulls her in close.
In a voice-over, Claire tells us that in the weeks that follow, she’s taken comfort in the fact that Bree and Roger aren’t dead – just elsewhere. Lizzie delivered her son and that brought some joy back into their lives. But still, Claire can see Jemmy’s face smeared in honey, hear Bree’s laughter, and imagine Roger carving toy cars. However, the memories haven’t cast a shadow over their lives, and Fraser’s Ridge really is the happiest place on earth.
That is until one night when Claire walks toward the big house and notices the door is ajar.
She steps inside and Wendigo Donner (Brennan Martin) has made himself at home and is seated in a chair. He asks for her help, which Claire has no intention of giving. Wendigo reveals he went to travel through the stones but got drunk on whiskey first and then touched the stone. He blacked out and woke up in the same place he was before. He needs to know what he did wrong, and Claire assures him no one knows how it works for sure. But she does know that you can’t drink and must concentrate on someone you love or someplace that you want to go. Focus is crucial to get through the stones.
Claire orders Wendigo out of her house, but he refuses to leave. He pulls out a gun and explains that he needs more gemstones. His friends suddenly appear with Jamie held at gunpoint, and Wendigo orders his men to search the house. Wendigo grabs Claire and demands that Jamie tell him where the gemstones are hidden. Jamie plays dumb and says Claire hid them and wouldn’t tell him their location.
When Claire says Wendigo’s name, Jamie is enraged and tries to attack but is held back by Wendigo’s men.
Wendigo’s men find Mr. and Mrs. Bug, and Jamie’s shocked to see Mr. Bug has been hiding gold. The men rip apart Claire’s lab at Wendigo’s instruction, and in the process, they break bottles of ether while searching for the hidden jewels. The men insist it’s too dark to locate anything and Wendigo strikes a match as Claire shouts at him not to.
The episode ends with a massive explosion and the big house engulfed in flames!
Director Justin Simien says his goal is to make Haunted Mansion the film feel like everything came right off Haunted Mansion the ride. In the new two-minute behind-the-scenes featurette, Simien’s cast confirms that’s exactly what he’s accomplished, from the busts down to the wallpaper. LaKeith Stanfield even describes it as really feeling haunted.
“What we wanted to do was preserve the details that fans remembered and expand the universe around them,” explains Simien. “The thing that makes the ride so cool is that the mansion already has a history, and our characters are discovering it.”
LaKeith Stanfield stars as Ben, Tiffany Haddish is Harriet, Owen Wilson is Kent, Danny DeVito is Bruce, and Rosario Dawson is Gabbie. The cast also includes Chase W. Dillion, Daniel Levy, Jamie Lee Curtis as Madame Leota, and Jared Leto as The Hatbox Ghost.
Disney describes the latest adaptation of a theme park ride as the story of “a woman and her son who enlist a motley crew of so-called spiritual experts to help rid their home of supernatural squatters.”

History’s Alone season 10 episode three opens with all 10 survivalists still in the hunt for the $500,000 grand prize. Despite fierce predators, extreme loneliness, and unpredictable weather, episode three begins on Day 10 and none of the competitors have tapped out.
Episode three features Mikey, Cade, Lee, Ann, Alan, and Luke. “Growing Pains” takes the season through Day 19. By the time the episode ends, two survivalists have tapped out.

Day 10 – It’s 6am and Mikey’s in horrible pain and has been dry heaving after eating a grouse. A few hours later, he reveals he feels better and is no longer nauseated. It’s his birthday, and a good dream about his son woke him up.
He sets to work forging but takes his bow just in case there’s game. He gathers some blueberries and spots a grouse, taking a shot that misses. His second shot strikes its target, but the grouse flies off. Mikey starts tracking it and spots it not far away.
“Happy birthday, Mikey,” he says, believing his wife, Hazel, sent him this bird. It’s his first birthday since they’ve been married that they haven’t spent together.
Day 11 – Mikey asks the audience not to judge him for his first attempt at making an arrow out of alder. He misses his family and reveals that in his dream, his son spoke to him. His son is autistic and doesn’t speak, and every day is a struggle for him. Loud noises really affect people on the autism spectrum, and Mikey wishes people would be more respectful of the people around them.

Alan Tenta in The HISTORY Channel’s ‘Alone’ season 10
Alan Tenta, Age 51, Columbia Valley, BC, Canada
Day 11 – 11am and Alan’s busy constructing his permanent shelter. He’s munching on alder cones and birch fungus, which aren’t delicious but do provide a few calories. Alan’s worried his stomach will lose its ability to digest properly, so that’s why he makes sure he eats berries and fungus.
Alan hasn’t caught a fish in six days and has recently set up snares for small game.
He describes his plan for a permanent shelter as small, cozy, and simple. Everything he needs to build a teepee is within 10 yards, so he’s not expending too much energy. Alan says talking to the Cree elders inspired him to choose a teepee design.
He has the structure built fairly quickly and works on covering the outside with moss. He’ll place his tarp over where he sleeps, but the moss is not just good insulation – it’s also waterproof.
Shelter completed, he sets out small game hunting. There’s a pine marten in his snare that’s alive and growling, and it’s not an animal the survivalists are allowed to trap. Alan must release him and knows the poor animal’s going to put up a fight defending his life.
Alan tosses his jacket over the marten and tries to cut the snare wire, speaking to it soothingly as he works as quickly as possible. He frees it, and it runs off with the noose still around his neck. That should be okay since it’s not connected to anything.
Alan decides to take down his snares because he hasn’t seen any rabbits. “Harvesting animals ethically for me is very important because I’ve always had a great respect for animals,” says Alan. “Being an ethical hunter means making choices that are in the animal’s best interest.”
Alan’s obviously affected by the marten suffering in the snare, and he’s going to focus on fish instead of game for now.
Day 16 – Alan provides a guided tour of his camp, bragging about its lakefront view and walkaround yard. The home is covered by moss and spruce and has a living floor – all the rage in New York. Plus, there’s a skylight. However, he can’t get fire insurance. (Apparently, Alan’s going a bit crazy in the woods.)
He admits the fishing has dried up, and he’s not sure why. He keeps fishing anyway and spots a pike nearby, but it doesn’t bite. Hours later, he finally gets a bite and screams in delight. It’s a five-pound lake trout with about 330 grams of protein.
This fish will be Alan’s first meal in five days. He confesses he didn’t expect to get emotional catching a fish, and he describes his plans to spread out the fish over the next few days.

Day 13 – Cade finds an old wasp nest, which is perfect as a fire starter. He’s going to save it for when he needs it.
His snares haven’t worked, so today he’s making arrows to replace the ones he lost when his quiver fell off his bow. If he can’t hunt, he can’t win. But he’s determined to fight it out as long as he can.
Cade found a bucket on day seven and is using it as a chair as works on making his first arrows. Grouse feathers and fishing line complete the arrow, except for a little charcoal decoration he adds at the end. Cade sets up a target and shoots his first homemade arrow. He hits the target on his first shot and laughs, happy he’s still in the game.
Day 16 – Cade works on another arrow as he explains he believes we’re handed adversity to force growth. He’s representing his community and his family and doesn’t want to blow this opportunity. As he’s working on an arrow, he hears a grouse. He only has one arrow and hasn’t test-fired it yet but has to take the shot now because he needs food.
The arrow works, and he kills the grouse on his first shot. His next chore is to build a new cooking area firepit, and he starts a fire using the wasp nest he collected earlier.
The grouse boosts his morale.
He grew up without running water and was very poor and hunted to provide food for his family. He’s recalling his childhood when he spots smoke and realizes he left his firepit burning. He races back and realizes he almost started a forest fire!
He douses it with water, and it ultimately takes him a couple of hours and a few hundred gallons to put it out. All this effort has burned a lot of calories, but it’s necessary because smoke keeps rising from the roots.
He builds another firepit closer to the lake and surrounded by rocks. He admits it’s where he should have originally constructed the pit.

Day 15 – Lee makes a birch and berry soup that cooks up purple and bitter. The soup’s ingredients include birch bark, cranberries, lingonberries, and blueberries. A cup equals about 80 calories.
He checks his net using his raft and is disappointed he hasn’t been catching as many fish as he thought he would. His net never catches anything.
Although he’s not catching anything, he needs to get to work on a trapper-style log cabin. It’ll be like the one he grew up in, and he plans to build it about 5’ high. He’s doing a little bit of construction each day so that he doesn’t get worn out.
Spending time in the woods helps him understand his dad, a mountain man who wandered around Alaska. Lee feels like he’s following in his dad’s footsteps now.
Day 17 – Lee’s made a lot of progress on his cabin, and it’s almost finished as he heads off to fish. He spots a little trout but thinks it’s possible the hook’s just too big.
Lee gives up on fishing for now and returns to work on his shelter. He hasn’t had much to eat and is only attempting to fish once a day to conserve energy. He’s existing on vegetation for now, but at least he’s nearing completion on his cabin.
His dad always pushed himself to near starvation from trying to maintain his family and would never accept a handout. Lee doesn’t fault him for his behavior but is determined to learn and be a better person.
Lee puts the finishing touches on his cabin, placing moss on his roof and building a door.
Day 18 – 2am and Lee can’t sleep. He pushed himself too far and his ears are ringing. His head’s pounding and he knows he needs food. Lee’s got a slender frame and simply doesn’t have the reserves to make it much longer without food.
Morning arrives and his net’s empty again. He doesn’t have the energy to hunt, and he admits he won’t survive long without fish. He also admits he spent too much time and energy on the cabin.
Lee is the first to tap out. He’s learned a lot about what it’s like emotionally and physically to be hungry, and that’s made him think a lot about what his father went through. Lee truly appreciates what his dad went through and the trail he forged.

Day 14 – Ann does her laundry and then heads out to procure food. She’s an off-grid organic farmer who feels best when she’s in the woods and compares the experience to being in a church.
This area’s a harsh environment, and she’s struggled to find food. Ann spots a grouse and is ecstatic that she hit him on her first shot. Her luck’s turned with the bird, and as she prepares it for dinner, she thinks about her mom who recently passed away.
Ann always tried to do her best but never really got the attention she was seeking from her mother. All her mom hoped for was for her to finish college – which she didn’t. Instead, she chose farming over education and prefers the outdoors.
Just as she’s finishing prepping the bird, she hears a moose call nearby. He’s massive and swimming in the lake as Alone informs viewers that moose can swim for two hours without stopping. He’s too far away to take a shot, but Ann believes she might be able to lure him back at some point.
If Ann wins, she’ll use the money to hire workers for her farm.
Day 19 – One of Ann’s articles of clothing is a sweater in honor of her mother. However, she doesn’t want to talk about her mom because she refuses to cry on TV.
Ann hasn’t caught anything since the grouse, and she tries a moose call to see if she can lure the moose back to her area. Even just calling the moose takes a lot of energy, and she’s forced to sit down and rest after feeling dizzy.
She’s deteriorating and admits she might not even have the energy to dress a moose if she’s lucky enough to shoot one. Ann feels like she’s having a heart attack, and her heart rate’s accelerating. She’s feeling horrible but has enough energy to make it back to the shelter.
Her mind’s still in the game, but her body is failing her. Ann doesn’t want to go and believes it’s too early, but she makes the decision to tap. (She’s the second person this season to tap out).

Day 17 – Luke’s belly is full of fish, and he’s cooked down blueberries, making cakes out of them on his gaiters. Luke’s got an impressive setup, and he’s using his gaiters – which he custom-made out of marine vinyl – to dry his berries in the sun.
Luke’s goal is to build two shelters, and he has enough energy to get to work since he’s already caught 11 fish over his first 17 days. He’s located the perfect spot further away from the lake for his winter shelter. He gets busy digging a hole on the side of a hill, creating an earthen shelter to keep the heat in and be protected from the harsh winter.
He made a longer handle for his spade (participants can only bring a short-handled spade), and it’s making it easier for him to dig. He describes his winter shelter as a bear den and recalls Alone’s Theresa and Karie Lee both built earthen shelters.
He’s honoring his dad’s teachings by building this fully primitive shelter. His father had dementia at the end, and Luke credits his dad for teaching him all his outdoor skills.

Hulu’s The Jewel Thief documentary chronicles thief Gerald Blanchard, with Blanchard delivering a first-hand look behind the scenes at his lifelong interest in stealing. The trailer shows Blanchard’s humble beginnings and traces his story, with the thief himself helping to narrate his journey.
“Blanchard made headlines for his impossibly elaborate heist of the Sisi Star jewel in Austria, but most people don’t realize that he spent decades crafting increasingly elaborate schemes across the world, targeting everything from gas stations to museums to banks, and getting away with it,” stated the film’s director, Landon Van Soest. “The Jewel Thief dives into his obsession with outsmarting authority, his love of the chase, and an ambitious quest for criminal notoriety.”
Director Van Soest serves as a producer along with Josh Braun, Ben Braun, and Dan Braun. Rick Brookwell and Ben Schwartz are involved as executive producers.
The Jewel Thief premieres on Hulu on July 13, 2023.

Peacock’s going all-in on Kevin Hart on July 6, 2023. The streaming service is celebrating the actor’s birthday with the launch of two of his projects: the standup special Kevin Hart: Reality Check and season three of Hart’s talk show, Hart to Heart.
Hart’s standup special was shot in front of a sold-out crowd in Las Vegas and includes his take on relationships and fame. Peacock describes the one-hour special as providing audiences with genuine humor, candid conversations, and hilarious tall-tales.

Three-time Grammy Award winners Dan + Shay are making their return to the show after serving as Battle Advisors for now-retired The Voice coach Blake Shelton on season 20. EGOT winner John Legend and Reba McEntire are on board for season 24, airing this fall, and will return for season 25.
