‘Supernatural’ Season 14 Episode 6 Photos and Plot: “Optimism” Preview

The CW’s Supernatural season 14 episode five found Sam running on empty as he trained hunters and sent them out to take care of possible supernatural creature sightings. It also found #TeamWinchester trying to find a missing hunter which led to the brothers taking on a Jinn who had been tasked with killing as many hunters as possible by Michael.

Up next is season 14 episode six which brings back fan favorite Richard Speight Jr to direct the episode titled “Optimism.” Season 14 episode six was written by Steve Yockey and is set to air on November 15, 2018.

The season 14 cast includes Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester, Jared Padalecki as Sam Winchester, Misha Collins as Castiel, Alexander Calvert as Jack, and Samantha Smith as Mary Winchester. Mark Pellegrino is Nick, Jim Beaver plays Bobby Singer, and Danneel Ackles is Anael. The season’s executive producers include Robert Singer, Andrew Dabb, Phil Sgriccia, Jeremy Carver, Eugenie Ross-Leming, and Brad Buckner.

The “Optimism” Plot:

WHAT WE DO FOR LOVE – Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Charlie (guest star Felicia Day) team up to get to the bottom of a string of random disappearances. Meanwhile, Jack believes that he has found a case and convinces Dean (Jensen Ackles) to partner-up with him on the hunt.
