Jimmy Fallon does a spot-on Neil Young impression, but until the February 3, 2015 episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon he’d never actually had the real Neil Young join him for a duet. Finally, Neil Young and the fake Neil Young sat down on identical stools and performed the real Neil Young’s classic hit, “Old Man.” And after listening to the two Youngs perform together, we can only hope the February 2015 duet won’t be the last time Young pulls up a stool and joins Fallon on stage.

In the other clip Christian (Jamie Dornan) turns the tables on Ana (Dakota Johnson) when she tries to get him to open up during their first interview.

Fifty Shades of Grey opens in theaters on February 13, 2015.

Milo Ventimiglia Joins ‘Gotham’ as Ogre

Fox just announced the addition of Milo Ventimiglia to the cast of season one’s Gotham. According to the network, Ventimiglia will play Jason Lennon (the Ogre). In the casting announcement, Fox pointed out that this ‘Ogre’ is not the ‘Ogre’ from the DC Comics.

Ventimiglia’s character will appear this season and will have a significant role in a “multiple-episode recurring arc.” Gotham airs on Mondays at 8pm, and we can expect to see the Ogre first appearing in episode 19.

Here’s how Fox describes Jason Lennon aka the Ogre: “Handsome, wealthy and seductive, the Ogre is a serial killer who has been preying on the young women of Gotham for nearly a decade, luring them into his web and confronting them with a series of ‘tests’ as he searches for his perfect mate. When the women fail to live up to his impossible standard, Lennon disposes of them quickly and viciously. His obsessions, combined with Gordon’s determination to bring him down, send both Gordon and Lennon — and those around them — on a course toward tragedy.”

‘Poltergeist’ First Photos Include a Creepy Clown

Poltergeist Remake Releases New Photos

The original 1982 Poltergeist still stands the test of time, with effects that look reasonably good even by today’s standards. That film, directed by horror meister Tobe Hooper from a script by Steven Spielberg, Michael Grais, and Mark Victor, made millions of moviegoers think twice about leaving their televisions on a fuzzy station and led to the decline in sales of clown dolls. The new version will apparently pay homage to classic scenes from the original, or so it appears in the first batch of photos released from 20th Century Fox’s 2015 Poltergeist.

The photos which debuted in USA Today feature a nightmare-inducing clown doll as well as a young girl touching a TV screen.

2015’s Poltergeist will open in theaters on July 24, 2015 and the first trailer will arrive online on February 5th. The cast includes Sam Rockwell, Rosemarie DeWitt, Jared Harris, Nicholas Braun, Saxon Sharbino, and Kennedi Clements. Gil Kenan (Monster House, City of Ember) directed from a script by David Lindsay-Abaire (Oz the Great and Powerful), with Sam Raimi producing.

Commenting on the remake in an interview with USA Today, director Kenan said, “The thing that keeps them a family is what they have to draw on, to stay sane, and also to win Madison back. The film is super-scary. And it’s scary on its own terms. I am excited to finally be able to share that with the world.”

The Plot:

Legendary filmmaker Sam Raimi and director Gil Kenan contemporize the classic tale about a family whose suburban home is haunted by evil forces. When the terrifying apparitions escalate their attacks and hold the youngest daughter captive, the family must come together to rescue her before she disappears forever.

HBO’s confirmed the premiere dates for the miniseries based on J.K. Rowling’s The Casual Vacancy and the network’s released a trailer for the three-part series. The Casual Vacancy will premiere on April 29, 2015, with parts one and two airing back-to-back beginning at 8pm ET/PT. Part three will debut the following night at 8pm.

The miniseries is a joint production of HBO and BBC, directed by Jonny Campbell from Sarah Phelps’ adaptation. Commenting on Phelps’ adaptation of her novel, Rowling said, “Sarah Phelps is a writer at the top of her game. Having met Sarah, and discussed the television adaptation of The Casual Vacancy, I was happy and confident to hand over the job of crafting my novel for the small screen. Sarah has done a great job and I am delighted with how it has turned out.”

“For me, Krystal Weedon (Abigail Lawrie) is Tess of the d’Urbervilles,” said Phelps. “What J.K. Rowling is doing is telling one of those big 19th-century stories where we see someone battling their social, political, and economic environment. Krystal is an absolute, contemporary Tess.”

The cast includes Michael Gambon, Julia McKenzie, Keeley Hawes, Rufus Jones, Rory Kinnear, Emily Bevan, Simon McBurney, Monica Dolan, Emilia Fox, Lolita Chakrabarti, Silas Carson, Richard Glover, Marie Critchley, Keeley Forsyth, Hetty Baynes Russell, and newcomer Abigail Lawrie.

The Plot:

The Casual Vacancy centers on Pagford, a seemingly idyllic English village with a cobbled market square and ancient abbey. Behind the pretty façade, however, is a town at war: rich vs. poor, teenagers vs. parents, wives vs. husbands, teachers vs. pupils.
