Netflix’s Robert Langdon Series Adds Cherry Jones, Corey Stoll to Cast

Netflix’s upcoming adaptation of Dan Brown’s The Secret of Secrets continues to fill out its cast. The latest batch of actors who’ve joined the untitled Robert Langdon series includes Cherry Jones, Corey Stoll, Rob Delaney, and Abbey Lee.

The foursome joins previously announced series stars Morgan Spector as Langdon and Rebecca Hall as Katherine Solomon. Jones (Succession) will play Heide Nagel, Corey Stoll (The Better Sister) is on board as Everett Finch, Rob Delaney (Dying for Sex) is set to play Jonas Faukman, and Abbey Lee (Black Rabbit) will play Sasha Vesna.

“In Dan Brown’s thrilling novel, symbologist Robert Langdon races against ancient forces and time to rescue a missing scientist and her groundbreaking manuscript whose discoveries have the power to forever change humanity’s understanding of the mind,” reads Netflix’s synopsis. “The series adaptation (currently untitled) will blend futuristic science with mystical lore, delivering on the heart-pounding suspense and international intrigue that has made the Langdon stories a global phenomenon.”

The series is based on Brown’s sixth book in the series, with the author involved as co-creator and executive producer. Co-creator Carlton Cuse (Bates Motel, Lost) is serving as showrunner, writer, and executive producer. Additional executive producers include Emma Forman and Zoe Robyn.
