Outlander star Sam Heughan plays tour guide for a behind-the-scenes look at the Wilmington sets. “Welcome to our version of Selling Wilmington,” jokes Heughan as the nearly four-minute video begins. Heughan’s co-stars Sophie Skelton and Richard Rankin point out key locations on the set, including where Bree met her real dad for the very first time.
Both Skelton and Rankin take the time to show off the cabin where their characters had their first love scene.
The set’s massive and Sam Heughan confirms it’s grown considerably over the years as they add more and more frontage. “Some of these buildings are only fronts. Others are indoor/outdoor,” explains Heughan, adding that one of his favorite new constructions is the Red Falcon that was built in season six.
“So in the middle of Scotland, we have this beautiful early American town and there’s more to come,” says Skelton. “We have not seen the end of Wilmington yet because on a little street behind you, which I won’t show you yet, some very cool things may or may not be set to happen in season seven.”

The teaser trailer for The Night Agent begins with a phone ringing in the depths of the White House. An FBI agent looks shocked that someone’s calling this emergency line since it never rings. The agent answers it and finds himself plunged into a terrifying conspiracy.
Creator, showrunner, and executive producer Shawn Ryan describes The Night Agent, based on the novel by Matthew Quirk, as All the President’s Men with car chases. Speaking with Netflix’s Tudum, Ryan teased, “If you like the Jack Ryan books, the Jack Reacher books, if you like the Bourne Identity stuff, if you like political intrigue, then The Night Agent is for you.”
Ryan also confirmed that FBI Agent Peter Sutherland (played by Gabriel Basso) is just a well-trained man, not a superhero. “He’s very much an underdog in the middle of all this. He’s someone who, when he’s in a fight, those bruises stick around. He’s not just miraculously recovered immediately afterwards,” said Ryan.
In addition to Gabriel Basso, the cast includes Luciane Buchanan, Hong Chau, Sarah Desjardins, Fola Evans-Akingbola, Eve Harlow, Enrique Murciano, Phoenix Raei, and D.B. Woodside.
Seth Gordon, MiddKid Productions’ Marney Hochman, Exhibit A’s Julia Gunn, Sunset Lane Media’s David Beaubaire, and Project X’s Jamie Vanderbilt, William Sherak, Paul Neinstein, and Nicole Tossou serve as executive producers.
Seth Gordon, Guy Ferland, Ramaa Mosley, Adam Arkin, and Millicent Shelton direct.

Gabriel Basso plays PETER SUTHERLAND, a low-level FBI Agent who works in the basement of the White House, manning an emergency hotline for American spies. When a call comes in from a terrified civilian, Rose Larkin, Peter must protect Rose and work with her to uncover the conspiracy that threatens to rock the nation.
Luciane Buchanan plays ROSE LARKIN, a young tech CEO who has fallen on hard times and has retreated to her aunt and uncle’s house to reassess her life. When assassins come for her aunt and uncle, Rose learns they were not who they pretended to be, and barely escaping, finds herself with Peter, running for their lives.
Hong Chau (The Whale) plays DIANE FARR, the President’s powerhouse Chief of Staff and loyal defender.
Sarah Desjardins (Yellowjackets) plays MADDIE REDFIELD, the teenage daughter of the Vice President who is looking to escape his shadow.

Enrique Murciano (Bloodline) plays BEN ALMORA, the measured, steady hand who guides the Secret Service in the White House.
Phoenix Raei (Clickbait) plays DALE, Ellen’s partner — in violence and in love.
DB Woodside (Lucifer) plays ERIK MONKS, who returns to the Secret Service after a long hiatus, prepared to earn back the trust and respect of the institution he serves.

The Plot:
They say a dog is a man’s best friend, but what if the man is a total dirtbag? In that case, it might be time for some sweet revenge, doggy style.
When Reggie (Ferrell), a naïve, relentlessly optimistic Border Terrier, is abandoned on the mean city streets by his lowlife owner, Doug (Forte), Reggie is certain that his beloved owner would never leave him on purpose.
But once Reggie falls in with a fast-talking, foul-mouthed Boston Terrier named Bug (Foxx), a stray who loves his freedom and believes that owners are for suckers, Reggie finally realizes he was in a toxic relationship and begins to see Doug for the heartless sleazeball that he is.
Determined to seek revenge, Reggie, Bug and Bug’s pals — Maggie (Fisher), a smart Australian Shepherd who has been sidelined by her owner’s new puppy, and Hunter (Park), an anxious Great Dane who’s stressed out by his work as an emotional support animal — together hatch a plan and embark on an epic adventure to help Reggie find his way home … and make Doug pay by biting off the appendage he loves the most. (Hint: It’s not his foot).
Prime Video’s bringing Taylor Jenkins Reid’s bestselling novel Daisy Jones & The Six to life in a limited series starring Riley Keough (The Terminal List) as Daisy and Sam Claflin (The Hunger Games franchise) as Billy Dunne, the lead singer/songwriter of The Six. The teaser trailer offers a taste of what’s in store and features “Regret Me,” one of the series’ 24 original songs.
Filling out The Six are Will Harrison as guitarist Graham Dunne, Suki Waterhouse as keyboardist Karen Sirko, Josh Whitehouse as bassist Eddie Roundtree, and Sebastian Chacon as drummer Warren Rojas. The limited series’ cast also includes Camila Morrone as Camila Dunne, Nabiyah Be as Simone Jackson, and Tom Wright as Teddy Price. Timothy Olyphant pops up in a guest-starring role as Rod Reyes.
Author Taylor Jenkins Reid’s fascination with the breakup of the Civil Wars in 2014, as well as Fleetwood Mac’s Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham’s complicated relationship, helped fuel her interest in writing a novel about the destruction of a band at the height of their popularity.
In an interview with Marie Claire, author Taylor Jenkins Reid described Daisy Jones & The Six as being about navigating the world as a woman in a man’s world. “There are a lot of women in this story who are fighting for their right to be exactly who they are without judgment or control,” said Jenkins Reid. “I wanted to tell this story in Los Angeles, and I wanted to tell it during a period of time we know of as being a great time for rock.”
Jenkins Reid’s novel was one of Reese Witherspoon’s book club picks, and Witherspoon and her production company Hello Sunshine secured the rights prior to the novel hitting bookshelves.
“As soon as I started reading Daisy Jones & The Six, I immediately fell head over heels in love with it, and I’m thrilled to be bringing it to the screen with Amazon and Jen Salke, whose passionate pursuit of the material spoke volumes,” explained Witherspoon in July 2018. “With (Scott) Neustadter and (Michael H.) Weber, two writers I deeply admire, stewarding this project, I am so confident that Daisy and her band’s journey toward finding their voice will leave just as permanent a mark with viewers around the world as it did with me.”

Scott Neustadter and Will Graham serve as co-showrunners and executive produce along with Reese Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter for Hello Sunshine and Brad Mendelsohn for Circle of Confusion. Executive producer James Ponsoldt directed five episodes, Nzingha Stewart directed four, and Graham directed one.
The Plot: Based on the best-selling novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid, Daisy Jones & The Six is a limited musical-drama series detailing the rise and precipitous fall of a renowned rock band. In 1977, Daisy Jones & The Six were on top of the world. Fronted by two charismatic lead singers — Daisy Jones (Riley Keough) and Billy Dunne (Sam Claflin) — the band had risen from obscurity to fame. And then, after a sold-out show at Chicago’s Soldier Field, they called it quits.
Now, decades later, the band members finally agree to reveal the truth. This is the story of how an iconic band imploded at the height of its powers.
Grammy winning songwriter/producer Blake Mills executive produced the music from the series and recorded the band’s pivotal album, Aurora, with Riley Keough, Sam Claflin, and other collaborators at Sound City Studios in Van Nuys, CA.
“Creating the library of music for Daisy Jones and The Six was an experience I’ll never forget,” said Mills. “I am grateful that, among other things, it afforded me an opportunity to collaborate with so many of my peers, and also some of my heroes.”
“We finally have Aurora. A stunning, nostalgic, timeless album that captures the drama, pathos, and yearning of the band’s zenith and nadir all in one. A snapshot of time, intoxicating and dangerous. That delicious moment that you know can’t last… Daisy Jones and The Six are real. And they are better than my wildest dreams,” said author Jenkins Reid.
Aurora will be released on Friday, March 3, 2023 on vinyl and across all DSPs.
