Riverdale Season 4 Episode 2 Preview: Photos from “Fast Times at Riverdale High”

The CW’s Riverdale season four kicked off with an incredibly moving tribute to”Fred Andrews,” played by Luke Perry who passed away suddenly on March 4, 2019. The memorial episode found the citizens of Riverdale saying their goodbyes to Fred, with series creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa penning one of the most emotional episodes of primetime television in recent history.

Up next, season four episode two set to air on October 16, 2019 at 8pm ET/PT.

The season four cast is led by KJ Apa as Archie Andrews, Lili Reinhart as Betty Cooper, Camila Mendes as Veronica Lodge, and Cole Sprouse as Jughead Jones. Madelaine Petsch is Cheryl Blossom, Marisol Nichols is Hermione Lodge, Mӓdchen Amick is Alice Cooper, Ashleigh Murray is Josie McCoy, Casey Cott is Kevin Keller, Mark Consuelos is Hiram Lodge, Skeet Ulrich is FP Jones, Charles Melton is Reggie Mantle, and Vanessa Morgan plays Toni Topaz.



The “Chapter Fifty-Nine: Fast Times at Riverdale High” Plot – FIRST DAY OF SENIOR YEAR — Archie (Apa) encourages Mad Dog (Eli Goree) to attend Riverdale High and join the football team. Jughead (Sprouse) meets Mr. Chipping (guest star Sam Witwer), who offers him a spot at an elite school called Stonewall Prep.

Veronica (Mendes) is conflicted when information about her involvement in Hiram’s (Consuelos) arrest leaks to the public. Kevin (Cott) applies for a spot on the Blue & Gold to make amends with Betty (Reinhart). And Cheryl (Petsch) goes head to head with Mr. Honey (guest star Kerr Smith), the school’s new principal.
