Nathan Fillion’s Firefly co-star Alan Tudyk returns to reprise his role as Ellroy Basso on ABC’s The Rookie season four episode 22, the season finale. Episode 22 was written and directed by Alexi Hawley and will air on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 10pm ET/PT.
Season four stars Nathan Fillion as John Nolan, Mekia Cox as Nyla Harper, Alyssa Diaz as Angela Lopez, and Richard T. Jones as Wade Grey. Melissa O’Neil is Lucy Chen and Eric Winter stars as Tim Bradford.
Additional season finale guest stars include Brent Huff as Officer Smitty, Sara Rue as Nell Forester, Dylan Conrique as Tamara Colins, and Pete Davidson as Pete Nolan.
“Day In The Hole” Plot: Officer John Nolan is forced to spend a week in solitary confinement in a quiet border town with a young local officer who is in need of some training. Meanwhile, Sergeant Bradford and Officer Chen discover that looks are deceiving and go undercover together in a possible drug trafficking case on the season finale.
