NBC’s set an April 30, 2020 premiere date for the fifth and final season of the dramatic series, Blindspot. The final season will kick off on Thursday, April 30th at 10pm ET/PT and then will move to its normal 9pm ET/PT timeslot on May 7th.

The cast is led by Jaimie Alexander as Jane Doe. Sullivan Stapleton is Kurt Weller, Rob Brown is Edgar Reade, Audrey Esparza is Tasha Zapata, Ashley Johnson is Patterson, Ennis Esmer is Rich Dotcom, and Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio plays Madeline Burke.

Martin Gero created the series and serves as a writer and executive producer. Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter also executive produce. Season four of the popular drama averaged 4.3 million viewers.

NBC offered up this description of the upcoming new season: “The season begins in the aftermath of the explosion that left Jane watching as a drone strike on the safe house with the rest of the team inside. Questions to be answered include who made it out alive and whether the team will ever be able to clear their names in the wake of Madeline’s rise to power.”

CBS’s FBI: Most Wanted will air back-to-back new episodes on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. Season one episode 11, “Ironbound,” kicks off the two-hour block at 9pm ET/PT. Alex Chapple directed from a script by Elizabeth Rinehart.

Episode 11 guest stars include Irene Bedard, Tyler Ross, Michael Rispoli, Glenn Fitzgerald, Vandit Bhatt, and Robert M. Jimenez. Arielle Yoder, Robert Neary, Charlie Patterson, Mitchell Cetuk, Allyson Kaye Daniel, Jonathan Kirkland, Guy Whitlock, Maggie Gough, Bruce-Robery Serafin, and Victor Rivera also guest star.

Season one stars Julian McMahon as Jess LeCroix, Kellan Lutz as Kenny Crosby, Roxy Sternberg as Sheryll Barnes, Keisha Castle-Hughes as Hana Gibson, and Nathaniel Arcand as Clinton Skye. Yaya Gosselin, Lorne Cardinal, and Irene Bedard are season one recurring guest stars.

“Ironbound” Plot – After a small-town police officer claims he’s the victim of a deep-rooted conspiracy and begins taking revenge on those he believes are responsible for his downfall, Jess and the team find he just might be right.

The Season 1 Plot:

From Emmy Award-winning producer Dick Wolf and the team behind FBI and the Law & Order franchise, FBI: Most Wanted is a high-stakes drama that focuses on the Fugitive Task Force, which relentlessly tracks and captures the notorious criminals on the Bureau’s Most Wanted list. This group of highly skilled agents functions as a mobile undercover unit that’s always out in the field, tirelessly pursuing those who are most desperate to elude justice.

Overseeing the team is Jess LaCroix, a seasoned, enigmatic agent at the top of his game who is called upon to apprehend the most elusive and dangerous fugitives. His trusted crew includes Sheryll Barnes, an ex-NYPD detective with a psych degree and first-rate street smarts; analyst Hana Gibson, a master of data-mining and social engineering; communications expert Kenny Crosby, an Army intel vet Jess has taken under his wing; and Jess’ brother-in-law, Clinton Skye, a deadly marksman with a law degree. ‘Thank U Frontline’ Music Video: Chris Mann’s Moving Tribute to Frontline Heroes

I challenge you to watch singer-songwriter Chris Mann’s moving tribute to all frontline workers and remain dry-eyed. “Thank U Frontline,” set to Alanis Morissette’s “Thank U,” is a nearly five-minute music video acknowledging and applauding those who are showing up and working hard during these challenging times.

The video’s a love letter to doctors, nurses, researchers, grocery store clerks, truck drivers, teachers, postal workers, and many more. According to Mann, he used crowdsourcing to obtain the footage seen throughout the video. Fans were invited to contribute photos and videos reflecting life during the Coronavirus pandemic.

For those looking for lighter entertainment, Mann’s YouTube channel also features Covid-19 crisis-inspired song parodies of The Knack’s “My Sharona” (“My Corona”), Madonna’s “Vogue” (“Stay Home Vogue”), and Adele’s “Hello” (“Hello from the Inside”). The three parody songs have been viewed close to 50 million times and all made it onto YouTube’s top videos list.

Mann shot the first parody video – “My Corona” – on his cell phone in his bathroom. He’s just announced proceeds from that popular video will be donated to charities actively involved in helping communities at need during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Chris Mann first gained national attention as a member of Team Christina Aguilera on season two of NBC’s The Voice. His credits include starring in the 25th-anniversary tour of The Phantom of the Opera and starring as an original member of the Dalton Academy Warblers on Glee. He’s also performed with the National Symphony for President Barack Obama, headlined at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., and as part of New York City’s Christmas in Rockefeller Center Concert.

Chris Mann’s first album, Roads, made it to the top spot on Billboard’s Heatseekers Chart. His second album, Constellation, also topped Billboard and iTunes charts. Mann recently released NOISE! which features a duet with Grammy-winning artist India.Arie.

‘Empire’ Season 6 Episode 16 Photos: Preview of the 100th Episode

Fox’s music-driven drama, Empire, will be celebrating its 100th episode with season six episode 16. Episode 16, “We Got Us,” will air on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 9pm ET/PT.

The cast is led by Terrence DaShon Howard as Lucious Lyon, Taraji P. Henson as Cookie Lyon. Bryshere Y. Gray is Hakeem Lyon, Trai Byers is Andre Lyon, Gabourey Sidibe is Becky, Ta’Rhonda Jones is Porsha, and Serayah plays Tiana.

“We Got Us” Plot – After witnessing Andre’s breakdown, Cookie and Lucious have him committed to the same treatment facility as Leah (guest star Leslie Uggams) and the guilt Cookie feels from Andre’s situation causes her to wonder how different life would be if she had not gone to prison.

As season five hurtled toward its conclusion, Lucious (Howard) was forced to flee New York City, with the Feds hot on his trail. To make matters worse, Cookie (Henson) refused to accompany him, declaring that he and Empire were no longer good for her.

Season Six begins with the Lyon family splintered. Lucious is on the run and Cookie is finding success on her own. With Jamal residing in London and Hakeen (Gray) starring in Empire: The Movie, Andre (Byers) finds himself finally sitting on the Empire throne.

Faced with threats from all directions, the Lyons will have to reunite to survive. They will have to decide what’s most important – Empire or their family.

Miranda Lambert Announces New Rescheduled Tour Dates

Miranda Lambert’s just announced new dates for the final two U.S. shows along with her upcoming Canadian leg of the “Wildcard Tour.” Like all artists, the Country music superstar has had to put her tour on hold because of the Coronavirus pandemic.

The final U.S. stops will now take place in Spokane on October 8th and in Boise on October 9th. The Canadian portion of the “Wildcard Tour” will kick off on October 11th in Vancouver and finish up on October 23rd in Ottawa.

Lambert will be joined on most dates by ACM and CMA nominee Cody Johnson and LANCO.

The first season of The CW’s Katy Keene continues with season one episode nine, “Wishin’ & a Hopin’.” Episode nine was directed by Pamela Romanowsky from a script by Mia Katherine Iverson and will air on April 16, 2020.

The series stars Lucy Hale as Katy Keene, Ashleigh Murray as Josie McCoy, Katherine LaNasa as Gloria Grandbilt, Zane Holtz as KO Kelly, and Lucien Laviscount as Alexander Cabot. Camille Hyde is Alexandra Cabot, Julia Chan is Pepper Smith, and Jonny Beauchamp plays Jorge Lopez/Ginger.

“Chapter Nine: Wishin’ & a Hopin'” Plot – TO GOOD TO BE TRUE – Katy (Hale) struggles with find her place with her new position and loses her confidence and turns to Gloria (LaNasa) who gives her good advice. Alex (Laviscount) wants to put together The Pussycats again, but what his dad envisions and what Josie (Murray) envisions for the group are two different things leaving Alex to make a tough choice. Jorge (Beauchamp) is happy that he is able to bring his current boyfriend and a budding friendship with an ex together, but things become a little messy.

Meanwhile, Pepper (Chan) is in an online feud that could ruin everything for her, and she is stunned when she learns who it is.

The CW’s Riverdale returns from its unplanned extended time off between episodes with season four episode 17, “Wicked Little Town,” airing April 15, 2020. The much-anticipated musical episode was directed by Antonio Negret from a script by Tessa Leigh Williams.

First Photos: ‘Hollywood’ Limited Series from Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan

The first photos have arrived from the Netflix limited series, Hollywood, created by Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan. Unfortunately, we still have a month to wait for the series to premiere. The limited series isn’t set to make its debut until May 1, 2020.

The cast includes David Corenswet as Jack, Darren Criss as Raymond, Jeremy Pope as Archie, Laura Harrier as Camille, Samara Weaving as Claire, and Dylan McDermott as Ernie. Holland Taylor is Ellen Kincaid, Patti LuPone is Avis, Jim Parsons is Henry Willson, Jake Picking is Rock Hudson, Joe Mantello is Dick, and Maude Apatow plays Henrietta.

‘NOS4A2’ Season 2 Premiere Date Announced and New Photos Unveiled

AMC’s released the first batch of photos from season two of the supernatural horror series, NOS4A2. The network also released the season two synopsis, confirmed the new season will premiere on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at 9pm ET/PT. (Updated from June 1st as of April 21st)

Season two of the series based on Joe Hill’s bestselling book will consist of 10 one-hour episodes. Hill is involved as an executive producer along with showrunner Jami O’Brien (Fear the Walking Dead).

The cast is led by Emmy nominee Zachary Quinto as Charlie Manx and Ashleigh Cummings as Vic McQueen. Jahkara Smith, Olafur Darri Olafsson, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Virginia Kull, Jonathan Langdon, Ashley Romans, Jason David, and Mattea Conforti also star in season two.

‘The Innocence Files’ Trailer: Documentary Series Spotlights Wrongful Convictions

Netflix just debuted the full trailer for the documentary series, The Innocence Files. The nine-episode series tells the story of eight men who were convicted of crimes they didn’t commit and the subsequent battle to overturn their convictions.

The cases explored in the documentary series’ first season include Chester Hollman III, Kenneth Wyniemko, Alfred Dewayne Brown, Thomas Haynesworth, Franky Carrillo, Levon Brooks, Kennedy Brewer, and Keith Harward. Netflix will launch the series globally on April 15, 2020.

The nine episodes were directed by Oscar nominee Liz Garbus (What Happened, Miss Simone?, The Farm: Angola, USA), Oscar winner Alex Gibney (Taxi to the Dark Side), Oscar winner Roger Ross Williams (Music by Prudence), Jed Rothstein, Emmy Award winner Andy Grieve (Stand Up to Cancer), and Sarah Dowland.
