Fox’s Deputy will wrap up its first season on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 9pm ET/PT. Season one episode 13, “10-8 Bulletproof,” finds Bill and his team searching for a leak in the Sheriff’s Department.

Stephen Dorff (“Sheriff Bill Hollister”) leads a cast that includes Brian Van Holt as Cade Ward, Bex Taylor-Klaus as Brianna Bishop, and Shane Paul McGhie as Joseph Harris. Yara Martinez stars as Dr. Paula Reyes and Danielle Moné Truitt is Charlie Minnick.

“10-8 Bulletproof” Plot – When informants for the Sheriff’s Department start turning up dead all over Los Angeles, everyone has to work together to find the leak in the department. Meanwhile, Teresa and Cade deal with a major setback in the custody battle for their foster children.

Also, on the day of Maggie’s Quinceañera, Bill gets stuck in a difficult position between work and family.

The Deputy Plot, Courtesy of Fox:

Deputy blends the spirit of a classic Western with a modern-day attitude and emotionally driven, visceral storytelling. Featuring an ensemble of ambitious and complicated people who won’t rest until justice is served, DEPUTY brings a gritty authenticity to the modern cop drama.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is one of the largest police forces in the world, but when the elected Sheriff dies, an arcane rule in the county charter, forged back in the Wild West, suddenly thrusts the most unlikely man into the job. That man is Bill Hollister. A fifth-generation lawman, Bill is only interested in justice; his soul wears a white hat. The bad guys don’t stand a chance, but neither do the politicos in the Hall of Justice.

Under Bill’s command is a county-wide crew of LA’s finest, including Deputy Cade Ward, a former Marine stationed in Afghanistan, eight years sober and one of Bill’s few confidantes; Deputy Brianna Bishop, the whip-smart, sarcastic driver in charge of Bill’s security detail; and Deputy Joseph Harris, the son of Bill’s fallen partner.

The dangers associated with the job often lead the police to LA County General Hospital, where Bill buts heads with Dr. Paula Reyes, the hospital’s chief trauma surgeon – and his wife.

Given a job he never wanted, in an unfamiliar sea of politics, Bill quickly learns that doing what is expected and doing what is right are two different things, and that his innate, dogged pursuit of justice is the only skill the job truly requires.”

Legacies Season 2 Episode 16 Photos: Preview of “Facing Darkness is Kinda My Thing”

Season two episode 15 of The CW’s Legacies delivered on the promised battle between Josie and Lizzie. Dark Josie moved up the “Merge” date in order to take over her sister. Thankfully, Hope had a plan. She linked Lizzie to Landon so that when Josie killed her, Landon would also die. Given that he’s an immortal Phoenix, both were then resurrected.

Dark Josie, who’s working hand-in-hand with the Necromancer, believed she won which gives the team a chance to rescue the real Josie. Speaking of which, Hope is currently in her mind looking for a way to save her.

Meanwhile, Rafael confirmed he was murdered (he doesn’t have a heartbeat) and asked Landon to help him put an end to his undead life. However, Rafael discovered he can’t leave this earth because the Necromancer won’t let him. Landon pledged to do whatever it takes to bring him back and the bros hugged it out. Suddenly Raf’s eyes went white and he plunged the golden arrow into Landon! (That sound you heard as the arrow entered Landon’s body was the scream of thousands of devastated Legacies fans.)

Up next, season two episode 16 directed by Michael Karasick from a script by Thomas Brandon and Sylvia Batey Alcala. Episode 16, “Facing Darkness is Kinda My Thing,” will air on March 26, 2020.

Legacies stars Danielle Rose Russell as Hope Mikaelson, Jenny Boyd as Lizzie Saltzman, Kaylee Bryant as Josie Saltzman, and Quincy Fouse as MG. Aria Shahghasemi is Landon Kirby, Peyton Alex Smith is Rafael Waithe, and Matt Davis is Alaric Saltzman.

“Facing Darkness is Kinda My Thing” Plot – SAVING JOSIE — In a race to save Josie (Bryant), Hope (Russell) infiltrates her subconscious and finds herself in a fairytale world filled with dark magic. Back at the Salvatore School, Alaric (Davis), Lizzie (Boyd) and the Super Squad commit to their own risky plan to get Josie back despite the potential consequences.

The Season 2 Plot:

Last season, viewers were thrilled to tap into a whole new passion for The Vampire Diaries / The Originals universe, when the third installment in the franchise launched with Legacies. Set in the Salvatore Boarding School for the Young and Gifted, Legacies told the story of the next generation of supernatural beings as they learn what it means to be special in a world that may never understand. Typically a school for vampires like MG (Fouse), werewolves like Rafael (Smith) and witches like twins Lizzie (Boyd) and Josie Saltzman (Bryant), the kids and their beloved headmaster Dr. Alaric Saltzman (Davis) were stunned to come face to face with a series of monster and creatures they had only ever heard of in myth and lore. A dragon. A gargoyle. The Headless Horseman.

The evil behind the real-life resurrection of these formerly fictional beings proved to have a horrifying connection to the school’s newest student, Landon Kirby (Shahghasemi). This led his first and only love, Hope Mikaelson (Russell), the school’s shining star, to sacrifice her place at the school — and in the world — to protect Landon from a terrible fate.

Season two will show us a world without Hope Mikaelson and all the chaos that goes along with it. All the while, Hope will be trying to find her way back to the school she has learned to call home and the friends she has learned to love like family. It will be filled with new monsters and more romantic and emotional surprises than ever.

Prodigal Son Season 1 Episode 17 Photos: Preview of “Stranger Beside You”

The teaser for Fox’s Prodigal Son season one episode 17 promises the first season’s biggest mystery will be solved. Episode 17, “Stranger Beside You,” will air on March 23, 2020 at 9pm ET/PT.

Michael Sheen stars as convicted serial killer Dr. Martin Whitly and Tom Payne plays Dr. Whitly’s conflicted son, Malcolm Bright. The cast also includes Bellamy Young as Jessica Whitly, Lou Diamond Phillips as Gil Arroyo, Halston Sage as Ainsley Whitly, Aurora Perrineau as Dani Powell, Frank Harts as JT Tarmel, and Keiko Agena as Edrisa Tanaka.

“Stranger Beside You” Plot – The NYPD dives into a case surrounding a famous mommy blogger, whose husband was mysteriously stabbed just days after their baby was born. Meanwhile, Bright finds his way back to Eve, but can’t shake his paranoia that there’s more to her than meets the eye. To help ease his nerves, Ainsley helps him do some investigating and uncovers a secret she has been keeping.

Season One Details:

“Malcolm Bright (Payne) has a gift. He knows how killers think and how their minds work. Why? Back in the 1990s, his father was one of the worst, a notorious serial killer called ‘The Surgeon.’ So it makes sense Bright is the best criminal psychologist around; murder is the family business.

He will use his twisted genius to help the NYPD solve crimes and stop killers, all while dealing with a manipulative mother, annoyingly normal sister, a homicidal father still looking to bond with his prodigal son, and his own constantly evolving neuroses.

Meet the happy family. Dr. Martin Whitly (Sheen) is intelligent, wealthy, charismatic and also happens to be a predatory sociopath who killed at least 23 people. Bright’s mother, Jessica Whitly (Young), an elegant and WASPy New Yorker, wields sarcasm like a samurai sword and has an opinion on every aspect of Bright’s life.

Perhaps Bright’s only ally is his sister, Ainsley Whitley (Sage), a TV journalist who wishes her brother would “take a break from murder” and have a normal life.

Unfortunately for his sister, the only way Bright feels normal is by solving cases with the help of his longtime mentor, NYPD Detective Gil Arroyo (Phillips). Arroyo’s one of the best detectives around, and he expects no less from his team – Detective Dani Powell (Perrineau), a headstrong no-nonsense cop who quickly becomes impressed with Bright’s work; and Detective JT Tarmel (Harts), a born-and-bred New Yorker who questions whether Bright is a psychopath himself.

So much for normal.”
